Position - Web Front-End Engineer (React)

Compensation: 125,000- 1350000 USD

Location – Austin, TX & Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Web Front-End Engineer with strong experience in React.js to build responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.js.

Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.

Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into high-quality code.

Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Manage application state using appropriate solutions such as Redux, Context API, or similar technologies.

Eligible to workimize applications for performance, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness.

Write clean, well-structured, reusable, and testable code.

Develop unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.

Troubleshoot and resolve UI, performance, and production issues.

Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, QA, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Stay current with modern front-end technologies and recommend improvements to development practices

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of professional experience in front-end/web development.

Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript.

Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web development.

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, asynchronous programming, and API integration.

Experience with TypeScript is preferred.

Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

Good understanding of Git and modern software development workflows.

Familiarity with build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar.

Understanding of web performance, accessibility, security, and browser compatibility.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Next.js or other React-based frameworks.

Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud-based deployment environments.

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Familiarity with Docker and basic DevOps concepts.

Experience building applications that scale across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
