Senior React Frontend Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior React Frontend Developer passionate about creating beautiful, pixel-perfect UIs. You will elevate our music distribution software to exceptional standards, ensuring our platforms shine with the elegance and precision of top-tier products like those from Apple. Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver outstanding user experiences for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Build and maintain responsive React applications, implementing pixel-perfect designs and ensuring consistency across all screens.
• UI/UX Enhancement: Polish existing UI from 80% to 100%, incorporating advanced animations and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
• Design Collaboration: Work with the design team to translate wireframes and mockups into functional interfaces, providing feedback on design feasibility.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code, conduct thorough code reviews, and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• User-Centric Development: Conduct user research and usability testing to create intuitive, customizable interfaces that meet the needs of artists, producers, and music enthusiasts.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our software.

• Experience:
  • 5+ years in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Proven track record of deploying high-quality React applications.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expert in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
  • Proficient with state management (Redux, MobX) and CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
  • Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion).
• Design & Aesthetics:
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
