We design and develop digital products, websites and mobile apps from concept and research stage, through design, UX and development, to the content and growth. As our Senior Frontend Developer, you will take the lead in shaping our frontend architecture, driving technical excellence, and mentoring the team while turning our designs into scalable, high-performing applications.

When you join us, your main focus will be:

• Developing functional, high-quality web pages and applications
• Working with modern technologies such as Vue.js (and contributing to discussions on introducing new tools and frameworks)
• Writing well-structured, testable, and scalable code to transform designs into user-centric web applications
• Providing ongoing website maintenance and implementing enhancements for performance and usability
• Delivering expert guidance across all aspects of frontend architecture and development, ensuring best practices and technical excellence
• Designing and developing capabilities for new business projects with a focus on scalability and long-term sustainability
• Mentoring and coaching team members, fostering growth in technical expertise and problem-solving skills
• Contributing to the development of a strong team culture, setting standards, and building a collaborative and high-performing team
• Leading by example in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and architectural discussions

You belong with us if you have:

• 7+ years of proven experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of complex and responsive web applications
• Solid expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries (preferably Vue.js, but experience with React or Angular is also valuable)
• Demonstrated experience in frontend architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
• Strong track record of building and maintaining design systems, reusable components, and scalable codebases
• Experience in leading or mentoring other developers, with the ability to foster a culture of learning and growth
• Hunger to stay ahead of the curve, exploring the latest technologies and continuously improving technical expertise
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Positive, collaborative mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
• Solid knowledge in written and spoken English
