The React Developer / Team Lead position is a hybrid role that is responsible for developing software and manages an offshore team's development. This role will be very strong in software development using React and React Native programming languages, as well as skilled at SDLC methodologies. Additionally, the Team Lead will be responsible for 5-10 offshore developers, ensuring that these teams are functioning at peak efficiency. They will report to the Enterprise Architect, responsible for front-end web design and development.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
