What You'll Do
- Lead front-end development and help shape technical direction
- Build elegant, scalable features using React and Next.js
- Turn complex healthcare data into beautiful, usable interfaces
- Mentor developers and share your knowledge
- Collaborate with designers, product teams, and backend engineers
- Debug the weird stuff that nobody else wants to touch
- Make thoughtful decisions about architecture, performance, and maintainability
You're Probably a Great Fit If You
- Know React and TypeScript like old friends
- Have strong experience building production applications with Next.js
- Can untangle complicated API responses without breaking a sweat
- Care about clean code and reusable component design
- Understand responsive design beyond "looks okay on my laptop"
- Can explain technical trade-offs without speaking in riddles
- Know your way around Git and Docker
- Aren't afraid of existing codebases
