We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Engineer with a strong background in Java and React development to join our dynamic team. This role is a senior engineer role and requires a blend of deep technical expertise, architectural insight, and strong leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of complex, high-performance, and scalable enterprise-grade applications. They will mentor junior team members, drive technical best practices, and contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap. This is a hands-on role that also involves significant technical and people leadership, project oversight, and collaboration with product, design, and other engineering teams. Expertise in React.js and its core principles, including React Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux). Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Proven leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and motivating technical teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
