Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Front-End Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in building the user-facing layer of our innovative AI-native agent workspace. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into intuitive, performant, and beautiful user interfaces that our customers love. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineering teams to define and implement new features.
- Develop and maintain high-volume, complex web applications using modern front-end technologies.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to engineering best practices.
- Contribute to the team's front-end tooling, component libraries, and long-term architectural decisions.
- Support CI/CD processes and contribute to a culture of high-quality, continuous delivery.
Who You Are:
- 6+ years of proven experience working on high-volume, complex web applications.
- Fluency in ReactJS and NextJS.
- Proficiency in modern CSS and responsive design principles.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and an understanding of front-end integration with cloud-native backends is a plus.
