Verint CA (Channel Automation) and REACT Developer

We’re looking for a strong Verint CA (Channel Automation) and REACT Developer to help design, build, and support scalable, high‑quality customer engagement solutions.

This is a 12 Month Max – Term Contract role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and support Verint Channel Automation (KANA) solutions and React‑based Micro Front End applications
• Deliver across the full application lifecycle, from design and build through to deployment and support
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Optimise application performance and ensure stability across customer engagement platforms
• Provide technical guidance and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Support on‑call activities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement in an Agile/DevOps environment

What You'll Bring

• Experience in Verint Channel Automation (formerly Verint Engagement Orchestration (EO), Kana Enterprise) development experience
• Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) tools and processes.
• Web Services Experience (SOAP and REST services knowledge)
• JavaScript, HTML5.0 and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)
• Experience with ReactJS or other JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with Cloud services, especially Amazon Web Services, including Lambda API (Application Programming Interface)
• Experience working with container orchestration, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes
