Job Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of software architecture and development initiatives while contributing to the broader engineering strategy. You'll play a significant role in designing, building, maintaining, and improving modern applications that deliver real business value.
 
Key responsibilities include:
 

• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to design and develop innovative software solutions.
• Build scalable products that reduce dependency on legacy systems and support future growth.
• Anticipate changing business requirements and technology trends to create flexible, future-ready solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert within your technical domain.
• Write clean, maintainable, high-quality code using modern software engineering best practices.
• Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, object-oriented programming concepts, and quality engineering standards.
• Conduct code reviews and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.
• Implement robust testing approaches including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing where applicable.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges and critical production issues.
• Lead technical projects and provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and project updates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 
Skills & Experience:  

• Minimum 4 years' commercial experience with React and TypeScript frontend development.
• Strong experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience developing backend APIs using .NET and C#.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, jobs, and administration.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring other developers.

 
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
