Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: A bachelorβs degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering or other related field and two years of experience, education, or training in coding computer applications; programming experience can be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Over 3 years of experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including:
Other: No remote work. Position is located at the Nebraska State Office Building in Lincoln. Regular and reliable attendance required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidates must be service oriented, have strong interpersonal and analytical skills that include working directly with various levels of business and technical staff to determine sound technical solutions for business requirements. Candidate must have strong technical, organization and planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and handle organizational issues in a professional manner.
