We’re partnering with a cutting-edge, product-led Web3 / DeFi company building a real-time trading platform used by sophisticated, high-volume users.
This is a senior, hands-on frontend role where you’ll take ownership of a highly performant, data-intensive user interface powering a next-generation decentralised network. You’ll be joining a fully remote, elite engineering team working at speed on complex, low-latency systems.

Design and build high-performance, real-time frontend applications handling live market data (order books, pricing, executions)
Own frontend architecture using modern React & TypeScript, ensuring scalability and maintainability
Optimise performance for latency-sensitive, data-heavy interfaces
Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product, and design to deliver seamless user experiences
Implement best practices around testing, state management, accessibility, and responsiveness
Contribute to architectural decisions in a highly autonomous, senior team
6+ years of frontend engineering experience (8+ years strongly preferred)
Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architecture
Proven experience building real-time applications (WebSockets or similar protocols)
Strong performance optimisation mindset (rendering, data flow, resource management)
Solid testing discipline (unit, integration, end-to-end)
Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, trading, or real-time financial systems
Knowledge of Next.js, SSR, PWAs
Exposure to Web3 frontend tooling (ethers / viem)
Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-based delivery pipelines
$150,000 – $175,000 base salary
Equity via token-based incentives (sliding scale)
Fully remote role (EU timezone)
