Now, weโ€™re looking for a Head of Front-End Engineering / Front-End Architect to lead the charge across web and mobile platforms. Youโ€™ll be hands-on, strategic, and obsessed with creating fast, scalable, and beautiful user experiences.

๐Ÿ’ก Architect cross-platform experiences using React, Next.js, and react native new architecture
๐ŸŽจ Scale our shared design system across apps and platforms
๐Ÿงฑ Lead our monorepo strategy with Turborepo or Nx
๐Ÿ” Optimize performance across SEO, accessibility, caching, and bundle size
๐Ÿ“ฑ Bridge mobile and web using Tamagui or shared UI libraries
๐Ÿค Mentor engineers and lead technical direction across global teams
๐Ÿ“Š Integrate analytics and experimentation without compromising speed

  • Base Salary: $220,000โ€“$290,000+
