We're looking for a developer who thinks in components and user flows, not just pixels and layouts. You'll build modern React applications using Next.js and TypeScript, creating interfaces that solve real problems for our users.
What You'll Actually Do
You'll own frontend experiences from concept to deployment. This means understanding what users actually need, proposing solutions that balance functionality with maintainability, and building interfaces that feel intuitive. You won't be translating Figma files into code—you'll be a partner in shaping what we build and how it works.
You'll work within our existing ecosystem, which includes both modern React/Next.js applications and legacy Angular codebases. Your primary focus is building new features in Next.js, but you need to be comfortable navigating and occasionally working with what's already there.
The AI Aspect
This is non-negotiable: you need to be actively exploring where AI can eliminate tedious work. We expect you to experiment with AI tools, identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, and push the boundaries of what you can delegate. If you're not regularly discovering new ways to make AI do the boring parts, you're not the right fit.

What Makes Someone Excel Here
You care about user experience but understand the technical constraints. You write components that other developers enjoy using. You'd rather simplify than add complexity. You see patterns and create abstractions that make sense. You're comfortable saying "I don't know the best approach here" and then researching options. You view AI as a genuine collaborator in your work, not just a fancy autocomplete.
